How to plan the trip
The minibus arrives in Varna on Sunday and Wednesday around 18:00 and leaves on Monday and Thursday at 10:30. So you have either one morning for your business or three to four days until the next trip. People usually go on Sunday and return on Thursday, or go on Wednesday and come back on Monday.
If your appointment is at a specific hour, arrive the day before: in summer the border can delay you by an hour or an hour and a half.
There and straight back — we often do this
Many seafarers travel with us differently, and it's common practice for us. On Sunday morning you leave Chisinau and by evening you're in Varna. On Monday morning you pick up your documents — and at 10:30 the same day you're already travelling back to Moldova with us. People usually make it: offices open early, and the pick-up point by Varna bus station is close by.
This way the trip takes only two days and you don't pay for extra hotel nights. Tell the dispatcher when booking that you're going «there and straight back» — he'll book your seat on Monday's return trip and advise how best to make it.
Where we drop you off

Documents on the road
Keep your seaman's book and other documents with you, not in the boot. We do not carry original passports or certificates as parcels without their owner.
If you need Burgas
Some offices and crewing companies are in Burgas. The same trip arrives there at 20:00 and leaves at 08:00. Chisinau — Burgas.
