Here are the answers to the questions we're asked on the phone every day.
Do you go through Ukraine?
No. The route goes only through Moldova, Romania and Bulgaria.
When and how do I pay?
To the driver at boarding, in cash: lei, euros or dollars. No prepayment needed.
Can I choose my seat?
No. The driver seats passengers himself, taking age and well-being into account.
Do you pick up from an address in Chisinau?
No. In Chisinau there is one meeting point: the Lukoil petrol station, str. Valea Crucii 25. We pick up from addresses in southern Moldova and in Bulgaria. view on map
How much luggage can I take?
Two medium-sized bags are included in the price. More costs extra — the dispatcher will tell you how much.
How much is the fare?
80 € per seat one way. The price is the same for all coastal cities and for Sofia, for adults and children.
Which days do you run?
From Moldova — every Sunday and Wednesday. From the Bulgarian coast — every Monday and Thursday. All year round, including holidays.
What are the departure and arrival times?
From Chisinau at 08:00, on the coast from about 16:00 (Dobrich), Varna — 18:00, Burgas — 20:00. Back from Burgas at 08:00, in Chisinau at 20:30.
How long is the journey?
From 8 hours to Dobrich, 10 hours to Varna and 12 hours to Burgas. One driver, stops every 2–3 hours.
Do you take passengers to their address in Bulgaria?
Yes, to a hotel, apartment or airport, and we pick you up from there too. It's free.
Can I pay later or in another currency?
Payment at boarding, in cash: lei, euros or dollars.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, by arrangement — by Revolut transfer. Tell the dispatcher when you book.
How long does the border take?
Much less than by bus: there are only eight people in the van, so we pass the checks almost like a car. Queues are longer in summer than in winter.
Can I board in Romania?
Yes: in Galati or Braila. Same price, 80 €.
Is food provided on the way?
No. We stop at petrol stations with a café and shop; you can bring your own food.
Is there Wi-Fi and charging?
Wi-Fi works all the way. You can charge your phone at the driver's seat.
Do you carry pets?
Yes, if a separate seat has been bought for the pet for 80 €.
Do you carry children without parents?
Yes, with a power of attorney. Check with the dispatcher in advance which documents are needed.
Is there a child seat?
No, but you can bring your own.
Do you carry bicycles, prams, wheelchairs?
No, they don't fit in the minibus.
Do you carry parcels?
Yes, 20–40 € per item. We don't take passports, driving licences or antibiotics.
Can I smoke or drink alcohol in the van?
No. A light snack is allowed.
Citizens of which countries do you carry?
Citizens of Moldova, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania and other EU countries. We do not carry citizens of Russia.
When do you answer calls?
Every day except Saturday: from Friday evening to Saturday evening we are not available.
How far ahead should I book?
The earlier the better. In summer seats sell out one or two weeks ahead. Same-day booking is possible if seats are left.
