There aren't many rules. They exist so that eight people can travel calmly for twelve hours in one van.
Before the trip
- Book early: in summer — one or two weeks ahead
- The day before departure we call to confirm the trip — please answer
- Not travelling? Let us know as early as possible
- Come to the meeting point 20 minutes early
Documents
Every passenger must have a valid passport and the documents that allow entry into Romania and Bulgaria. If you have an EU passport or a temporary protection document, bring it: the border goes faster with it. Passengers are responsible for their documents; if you're refused at the border, the fare is not refunded.
In the van
- The driver assigns seats, taking passengers' age and well-being into account
- A light snack is allowed
- You can charge your phone at the driver's seat
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes
- Drinking alcohol
Luggage
Two medium-sized bags per person are included. Weight isn't limited — volume matters. More costs extra. On customs rules — what you can take to Bulgaria. We don't take bicycles, prams, wheelchairs or large appliances: they don't fit.
Whom we can't take
We do not carry citizens of Russia. The driver may refuse to take intoxicated passengers.
Insurance
Passengers arrange travel medical insurance themselves if they wish.
